Meat Spice

Kosher Salt
Coarse Ground Black Pepper
Garlic Powder (granulated is better, the fine dust type just doesnt have the flavor)

mix all the above together to your liking and sprinkle on steaks, chicken fish before cooking, Great on Shishkabobs and even your scrambled eggs.
