................................Cheez-it Encrusted Flounder

Flounder Filet
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Parmesean &  Garlic Cheez-it's (or you favorite flavor)
3 Tbs melted butter
Salt
Pepper
Granulated Garlic
Old Bay Seasoning
Large Zip-lock Bag




Pre-heat ovens broiler
Beat eggs until frothy
Place the cheez-it's in the zip-lock bag and smash them to a coasre grind.
Season the fish with a pinch of salt, pepper and old bay seasoning.
Pour the Cheez-it on a flat plate, sprinkle granulated garlic over them.
Dip the fish in the egg then gently place the fish on top of the Cheez-itz. coat  the fish completely on both sides with the Cheez-itz.
Place fish on brolier pan, pour melted butter over all, place pan on middle rack under broiler, Cook until Cheezitz start to brown.
