>>>> ..... //// um para a boca (one for the mouth)

Um para a boca .. one for the mouth... ususally it is a one bite item, breakfast is most often meal used with this as well as apetizerrs. My example here was created on the fly one morning when I asked, "What would you like for breakfast" ,.. I didnt get an answer. I opened the refrigorator and saw pie dough. The kind already rolled out. So the wheels began to turn and the following recipe came to be.

Pre made pie crust (found in the refrigerated section of the grocery store)
breakfast sausage (either links or ground meat)
bacon (maple flavored)
ham (baked or virgina style from your deli)
eggs
shredded cheese

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
coat muffin tins with butter or spray with Pam
coat with flour

roll out the dough onto a floured cutting board or other clean flat surface
using a glass that is a little bigger in circumference than one of the muffin indent in your pan, place the dough circle into the space pushing down to create a dough cup.

beat eggs

brown your meats, if using sausage links, cut them into small piece afer browning. slice bacon and ham, mix togeter in a bowl, sprinkle granulated garlic over the meats. Using a spoon, place a little bit of your meat mixture in to each dough cup. Sprink your favorite shreaded cheese over the meat, pour in your beatin egg to almost fill each cup. bake until the egg rises just above the rims and is not wet. remove pan from oven and using a frosting blade or butter knife, remove each egg muffin from the pan and place on a platter, serve warm
