  2. ok, meatloaf and fish.. no problem
The best fish depends on your likes.. Flounder and Hadock are the most popular.. Susan and I like Swordfish.. .Grilled with asparagus and served with bernaise sauce..

    Sword fish steaks
    Salt
    Pepper
    Garlic Powder (granulated)
    Old bay seasoning
Bernasie sauce (see recipe under sauces that i dont have listed yet)
or you can buy the knorr or durkee envelope type

sprinkle the fish with salt pepper gralic and a pinsh of the old bay.

Grill the fish, (not well done, it dries out)
while fish is grilling, steam the asparagus
    and start the bernaise

place the sword slightly off center in the dish, place the steamed asparagus half way on the sword so its at an angle, pour some Bernaise sauce over the top and enjoy.///

Next time we will do flounder with a cheese-it crust
